The Bakers Pride® model CH-10 charbroiler is the perfect choice for high-volume broiling. It is constructed of extra heavy-duty plate steel for durability, and each of the ten burners has an output of 18,000 BTUH for energy efficiency yet high production. This model features cast-iron top grates, but you can also select other grate types such as floating rods and meat grates at no extra charge. Grates may be adjusted in three separate titling positions for increased flexibility and temperature control. Heavy-duty, stainless steel radiants come standard or can be substituted for cast iron. For even more versatility, choose from a wide variety of options, such as Glo-Stones and log holders for added flavor or casters for mobility.
